All in all the messuage creates an extraordinary, marvellous ambience, by virtue of its historical background, the breath-taking vista,the natural and calm surrounding. The ground floor is reached by a short staircase. From the entrance, all other rooms are reached via the entrance hall, including the rooms of the annexe, the room hosting the heating system,the fire-place room, the kitchen with its store room, and the two small vault cellars (with delivery entrance on the west side of the manor-house), and finally the open staircase that connects the various floors. The rectangular annexe is being used for multimedia exhibitions and small receptions. Through the long window frontof the exteriors and the white tile floors, the premises are distinguished by a high incidence of light.
In the 1st upper floor all four rooms have parquet flooring and doors coated in white. Here small chamber concerts, lectures and receptions are taking place, with the integration of the adjacent sun terrace (roof of the annexe). For presentations sufficient seating is available, as well as aguest toilet.
In the 2nd upper floor there are three rooms: a kitchen and two bathrooms with change room. This floor was completely renovated in 2005. The 3rd upper floor with its three rooms and a large bath, connects by stairs both with the gallery and the actual tower room, rewarding the ascent with a sensational view. An allocation into independent floors would be possible, by means of the entrances in the ground floor and in the upperfloor.
The main entrance to the manor-house is located at the manor hill opposite the former manor chapel. Two further entries are located to the west of the manor-house at the bird wood. The lower gateway leads to the garage building with three garages and further parking places. One can also reach the manor-house via stairs in the ground floor and in the upper floor. The upper driveway leads both to the garages and to the entrance in the third floor. One drives along the beech grove and finds park and turning possibilities at the road's end.
